Sesam Engine

Sesam Engine was an internal operations platform built for Sesam Food. It handled the day-to-day of running food service locations from a single dashboard.

The web app (sesamengine.com) was a Next.js dashboard with Prisma and auth, covering location management, analytics, and an API with an MCP server. Staff used a Flutter mobile app for hands-on work — inventory counting, location check-ins, and team chat.

Built to replace spreadsheets and manual processes with a proper system. The project was discontinued.
