HRJ Ejendomme is a complete property management platform built to replace a legacy Microsoft Dynamics C5 system. It runs every aspect of a Danish real estate portfolio from a single web dashboard and CLI.

Properties & Apartments — full CRUD for properties, apartments, and rooms. Vacancy tracking, address search, and per-property views of tenants, loans, and maintenance.

Tenants — tenant lifecycle management from onboarding to move-out. Search, status tracking, arrears monitoring, and a waiting list system that matches applicants to vacant apartments.

Financial — transactions with monthly summaries, cash flow reports, outstanding balances, and category breakdowns. Invoicing with create, send, and payment tracking. Loan management with portfolio summaries, expiry alerts, and per-property breakdowns. Budgets with variance reporting and category analysis.

Maintenance — plans, tasks, and components with photo documentation. 10-year budget calculations, budget periods, offer summaries, and overdue/upcoming task tracking. Full CRUD down to individual component photos.
